Good products, but if something is wrong or you need to make a complaint, customer service is nonexistent and extremely unfriendly. Never again.
Zero points, Ms. Möri. It's outrageous what is being alleged against prospective trainees and employees, and therefore also potential customers, even on the phone.
Not recommended even for tenants! Be careful during apartment handover and return. I also found the company to be very unfriendly.
