Seriously you need to be careful with this insurance company. I was getting supported by them after losing my job due to health issues and to then only be told 9 months later that they had not paid my emergency tax of 810chf for the last 9 payments. So now I somehow need to pay this back but only to be informed that they will now stop paying me. Seriously talk about being screwed twice! Beware people! Update September 2025: So after 2 years of Reimbursement due to their incompetence, based on my calculations I paid an extra 300CHF to the outstanding bill, which I contacted them to check if this is correct or not. Its been 2 months and no feedback just delays thinking I will just forget about it. I will start the process to Ombudsman of Private Insurance to make a complaint.
Took 6 months to process a case of mine where they had to pay me back. They didnt even apologize even after my recalls month by month. I strongly advise against this insurance company!
Unserious company, increased my insurance in the middle of the year, after cancelling it and reconfirming the cancellation I still get an invoice for next year. It's a bad joke!!!
