Never again! I will be cancelling all services I've contracted with SFB again this year. Nothing worked properly... I had an enormous amount of work to correct all the mistakes. They also didn't own up to the errors. The head of internal services is very rude, loud, and unprofessional... it's all about the money... the boss is ignored and unreachable... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I'm not usually one to write bad reviews, but I'm extremely annoyed right now. Nothing went right with our planned insurance switch, and now I'm having a huge hassle trying to sort everything out. Suddenly, we're doubly insured because the old policy wasn't canceled, and then the new one starts sending us payment reminders. It's a real back-and-forth. I've never experienced anything like this before, and I'm incredibly dissatisfied and angry.
It's been a while, but I still want to leave a review. I had dealings with SFB during a change of insurance provider. The broker they sent was the most unprofessional, pushy, and rude person I've ever met. It started when this person addressed me informally without asking and only wore a mask at my request. Then he tried to explain everything to me on his tablet, but he'd forgotten some login details, which he then requested from a colleague over the phone. When that didn't work, he became quite aggressive and berated his colleague, demanding he send him the correct details immediately. In the end, it turned out he'd simply entered the details incorrectly. Things got even worse when he showed an inappropriate presentation, one that was clearly only intended for internal company use. Profit maximization and target achievement sound more like a team meeting to me than a client meeting. He realized this after slide two and abruptly ended the whole thing. He was constantly on the phone with his car insurance company because he'd had an accident upon arrival, damaging a garden wall and getting a flat tire. When I explained that he didn't have a certain add-on that guaranteed on-site pickup, he became even more aggressive and berated the poor woman on the phone relentlessly. He claimed to work for the insurance company himself and knew how things worked – calling it a complete rip-off. Then he quickly demanded my personal information and forced me to sign something, saying, "You're signing this!" When I refused, he suddenly became very hurried and just wanted to know where the nearest garage was, at 7:30 pm. Since I don't want to harm anyone, I won't publish the gentleman's name. However, I never want to have anything to do with SFB again.
The advice is very competent and courteous our advisor Mr. Öztürk was always there for us even after the contract was signed and was reachable on his private mobile phone
Mr. Baki gave me very good advice. Now I understand a little more about health insurance and, above all, the new offer is much better tailored to my needs. Thanks!
Terrible service. Nothing worked, cancellations weren't processed on my behalf, and there was a complete lack of transparency. I was treated very rudely when I complained by phone. Stay away!
