Always a great time here. Great prices, the best staff (look out for Marti, super helpful and nice). Be sure to thank the staff and say hi to the dogs. The only place I am recycling my items.

Unfriendly and unhelpful service. I went to drop off a wardrobe and was quoted five times the usual price. I didn’t mind paying, I was simply asking why the price had changed. The staff member told me to “check the price list online” and then, without explaining, began weighing everything, which caught me by surprise. She also suggested I go to the next recycling center in Horgen — which I’ll do from now on. This level of service is disappointing. 😞

I was greeted each time I've been. They evaluate what you need to dispose of, tell you which bins to put the items in, and provide the quote. Once you've paid, you put the items in the appropriate bins. They'll help you if the item is too difficult to carry alone. They are fast, efficient, well-organized, and reasonably priced.
