Super helpful and professional, not just in fixing bikes but also getting a new bike. Understood our need, where we use our bikes, commute/fun/mountain/gravel (and trust me we went to other supposedly bike professional places who barely asked us a question or explained the difference - the exact opposite happened here). Bike testing, additional gadgets, maintenance and adjustments needed. Very fair prices. Thank you so much!

Bought a Stevens bike 2 years ago and owner has helped me several times with it. Always professional, respectful and knows what he’s doing, and the prices have always been fair. I try to make the effort to speak in German but his English is thankfully very good. I don’t really understand the other bad reviews, it’s a bike shop not a social club for meeting friends.
Friendly and very professional. They took the time to explain in details how to improve my setup without any financial incentive. Also very reasonable price wise when compared to another dealer a few kilometers away. I will definitely come back.
I don't understand the low score of this store. I've tried a few different bike shops in Adliswil and surrounding area (asking for advice or having my bike repaired) and my experience with this one was always positive: 1. I was looking for a specific bike and send emails to a few shops - Velo Ueli replied really fast, they didn't have the bike but tried to find a similar one, were also very open about the availability (some other bike shops didn't even bother to answer) 2. I ended up buying the bike online - velo ueli didn't have any problem with that, they also said they can service my bike (unlike some other workshops that would either charge more or will not accept bike for servicing if not bought with them) 3. I am now after the first service of the bike - I've scheduled an appointment online, the bike was serviced on time and the price was as announced on the webpage. For now I am going to keep servicing my bike with them, I hope everything stays as smooth as it was until now.
