This company is unable to organize anything, but they like to take the fee for the "organization" they are supposed to do. Once the event they have disorganized is a total failure, they disappear and refuse to give any feedback to their clients on how they have invested the organization fee. This agency must know someone inside Stadt or Kanton Zurich that provides them with work for public events, it is not otherwise possible to explain why they are given tasks to organize things bigger than a family bbq.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with this service provider. They cheat their customers in a truly insidious way. It's best to stay away; there's something fishy going on. You can tell with their employees, too.

A very friendly company whose market organization skills seem to be completely lacking at Zurich's main train station. 2022 --> No music, no attractive Christmas decorations, no Santa Clauses or other performers at the market, no Swarovski tree, no light show. Just a few Euro pallets to sit on. It seems like they've cut costs and increased the stall rental fees. On top of that, they're communicating with market vendors automatically via email. They're even charging penalties for vendors who report their sales five minutes late. The whole process feels impersonal, both in its design and execution.
