Snowshoeing in Val Bedretto- northern Ticino with WeitWandern and Peter Gasser / Jörg Hehlen as guides. Sunny but cold & crisp days with wonderful snow on the north side of the mountain! Traces of a Schneehuhn (snow grouse) while taking off.
I thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful and varied tour in the Kandertal valley! It was fantastic to climb the hills and constantly learn valuable information about the surrounding mountains and animal tracks. Under Jörg's guidance, I felt safe every minute. The very helpful tour documents are also particularly noteworthy. I'm already looking forward to my next tour with WeitWandern!
The tour organization worked wonderfully. Arolla 2008m - Bertol Hut 3311m - Col de la Tête Blanche 3589m - Cabane de la Dent Blanche 3507m - Barrage de Ferpècle 1,891m 🚐 Alpentaxi Les Haudères Centre. With the friendly mountain guide, there were seven of us on the tour. The group gelled very well, and the guide adjusted the pace well to the group's abilities. We spent three wonderful days in the high mountains.

Juf, the starting point for our four snowshoe tours with its breathtaking views, proved to be quite ideal despite the lack of snow this winter. The thoughtful, highly experienced, and humorous tour guide made the four days with the friendly group a wonderful experience.
Wonderful, varied hikes in a magnificent, flower-filled mountain landscape. The expert guidance and the discovery of the fauna, flora, and geological features were very enriching; it was a real treat.
