Nice hotel with beautifull view of the lakes and mountains. Located in the small beautifull village of Aeschi bei Spiez and not in the city of Thun.||Good breakfast, nice staff and very clean rooms! ||Supermarket nearby.
Friendly hosts, very nice view, peaceful location, clean room/bathroom, free car parking are the good things about this place. Breakfast menu was just fine, can be extended a bit but nothing to complaint about. On the other hand, it doesn't match the price, beds/pillows were not comfortable, the hallway was dark and there's no lift available; are some negative points I observed.
The service was terrible... No soap in the toilet, no room service, breakfast was lower than average and the reception is most of the time closed. The room itself was ok but the bathroom quite old and things were broken there. The location is good if you're with a car otherwise it may be hard to comute since the bus is not frequent
We booked this trough airbnb with acceptation from the owner but arrived at a abandoned construction site. The owner didnt react to our massages and we had to search for another hotel. We paid almost 200 euro's per night. Big scam!
Very expensive stay for what you Get. Uncomfortable bed and pillows, and I would not recommend the breakfast.
