They communicate quickly when it comes to acquiring new customers. But once you're insured with them and have a serious issue, weeks suddenly go by without any response. It's a shame; you won't have me as a customer for much longer. Update: The Spiez agency finally contacted me after about two months, but the response was very disappointing. I, as the customer, was blamed and treated disrespectfully—very unpleasant.
