Tenants since January 1, 2019, managed by Sukara. Mr. Sukara is very easy to reach in case of problems such as a broken extractor fan, dishwasher, or dryer, or a clogged drain (he usually replies to emails within 5 minutes). Appliances were replaced free of charge within 2-3 days without any issues. The apartment offers excellent value for money. If it were possible, I would give Mr. Sukara 10 stars... Thank you for the great service!
