BKW has a huge problem with its billing system. You either get no response at all, or just the standard reply, "We're currently experiencing a high volume of inquiries." According to my bill, I used 0 kWh of electricity last year, even though my meter reads 9000 kWh. I've complained several times via email, pointing out that something must be wrong. But BKW isn't doing anything. This is not a customer-friendly approach. Calling them is only possible at a premium rate (048...). I don't use Twitter, Instagram, etc.; that's out of the question.
They're incompetent; they can't even handle a name change correctly, and if you forget to pay an invoice even once, despite always paying on time otherwise, they immediately charge a late fee. It's a shame you don't have any real competition. You're simply making too much money; this needs to stop!
It's disgusting! Trying to change your address is futile. The bill was sent to the old address. The hotline is always in high demand, which doesn't surprise me! Simply tedious! They just can't get anything done, absolutely NOTHING!
17 minutes on hold. Customer service doesn't work!
The charging process worked perfectly. I would gladly use it again.
