Sagi Aeschi Grill Restaurant — Dorfstrasse 10, 3703 Aeschi bei Spiez, Switzerland

I had a very bad experience at this restaurant. I came here with a group of friends (12 people) to have dinner, based on my recommendation after reading the Google reviews. Unfortunately, my own experience was extremely unpleasant. I ordered a cordon bleu and, after eating about half of it, I realized that what I thought was just slightly undercooked ham inside (and assumed it was normal) was actually raw chicken meat, with blood in it. I showed it to the waiter, who looked very surprised, took fast the plate, and brought me another one in about 10 minutes. I refused it because, after eating half of it raw, I was already feeling sick. I appreciated that they removed my dish from the bill, but they could have at least offered me a lemonade for the trouble, seeing that I was unwell, and they should have apologized with more than just a quick “oh sorry, here’s another one.” Last edit per their response: NO!!! they didn't offer anything , not a limonade, not a limoncello even i felt sick because of their food. This experience ended up ruining two days of my trip to Switzerland

Outstanding service, the food was exceptional, my steak sizzled as served on a hot stone with fresh rosemary and sea salt, with fries and 3 different sauces to die for. My colleague had the Stroganoff, it smelled wonderful, and he told me, tasted exceptionally great. The wine recommended to us was Swiss, red and absolutely delicious! 10/10 for this restaurant on all levels.
