My computer was in a terrible state after being serviced by a certain Mr. Naef. The screen was covered in dog feces and other unappetizing excrement. This is absolutely outrageous.
Poor service and rude staff. The computer support was very unfriendly and they infected my PC with Trojans and hidden cameras. When I threatened to call 144 (the German telephone number), they removed their cameras and Trojans. In short: unfriendly and rude. I'd give them zero stars if I could – it's an outrage.
