Excellent initial contact. However, after a problem arose, communication completely broke down. I received a partial refund for my order without prior notice because of glue residue required for assembly, even though the seller confirmed the product was 100% compatible. This is unacceptable; the least they could do is inform the customer that a deduction has been applied. Very disappointed.
