A horrendous €400 Corona surcharge plus a booking fee, even though the trip was proactively cancelled by the tour operator – through no fault of the customer – and no rebooking or anything else was necessary. Especially now, customer service at a travel agency should be better than with online bookings.
For about two years we were very satisfied, but at the moment we are very disappointed with Mr. Gut. His work was not satisfactory at all.
Highly recommended, excellent advice. Would gladly use again.
