Incredibly long wait times. I feel like they're understaffed or overwhelmed. I miss my old extra bike! I rely on my bike, and I've never had anything like this. I also brought my bike in after an accident, and they didn't even ask if they could fix the broken light, which I find a shame.
A super friendly and competent team. We received good advice and are delighted with our new e-bikes. We always feel welcome.
