Updates are a hassle; since I became a publisher (3 years ago), not one has ever worked right away. It involves back-and-forth phone calls, ticketing, and roughly 4 hours of extra work for the company each time, currently even bringing production to a standstill because of it. Customer service is incredibly slow; good service is something else entirely. (And by the way, the system doesn't even run on Apple devices.)
I've been using the software for about 10 years. It offers many customization options and is easy to use. The multi-client capability allows me to manage the accounting for several clients. Since it's a Swiss company, support is straightforward and you know who your contact person is. Furthermore, you can suggest improvements. I can definitely recommend the software.
We have been using Q3 software in our company for over 15 years. The software is simple and clearly structured, making it easy for new users to learn and use. Customizing various functions is also straightforward, allowing us to tailor the program to our specific needs at any time. If something should go wrong, our telephone and email support is quick and efficient.
The software is quite good and easy to use. The support, however, leaves much to be desired. We've been customers for over 10 years, and yet we rarely receive proper help. We're expected to forward inquiries about technical errors (bugs) to their technicians ourselves. Why is that? Am I supposed to make the bed in the morning too? The software is worth its price, in our opinion, but the support... well, I can't think of anything positive to say about it.
We've been using Q3 software for many years. We don't use all the packages, but the ones we need are perfect for us. The applications fulfill our needs, and we're completely satisfied with them. The transition to QR invoices went smoothly thanks to the excellent support; we were one of the first to use QR invoices in our municipality... If anything isn't clear, the support team is there to help us, even with simple questions. We're happy to recommend this software.
We've been using Q3 for over 20 years (back then on MS-DOS), and today we manage it for over 30 clients. In recent years, several useful and powerful features have been added (e.g., filtering, importing bank data, customizing/modifying printouts, exporting/importing, etc.). The software is modular; you only order what you need, from simple club accounting to a comprehensive ERP system. It's client-supporting and, for some time now, also network-compatible. It's easy to learn, with much of it being self-explanatory. The annual license fees are reasonable considering the range of features. We can wholeheartedly recommend it.
