Our experiences with Travelcoup have always been excellent. It's understandable that flights are being postponed or rerouted, because with the special price, they have to make ends meet somehow. It would be important for you to improve your advertising. Here in Ibiza, practically no one knows you. Everyone I tell about you is enthusiastic.

"Beware of Travelcoop – absolutely unreliable!" I booked a flight to Palma, which was simply postponed by one day two days before departure. No one was available over the weekend to resolve the issue. No adequate compensation. Four weeks later, I haven't even received a refund for the ticket price – they've stopped responding to emails altogether. I've even had to get a lawyer involved. Customer service is worse than any budget airline. Stay away!

The flight was delayed by over six hours the day before, for no apparent reason. According to Travelcoup, the reason was "unusual operational circumstances beyond our control." Despite an email inquiry (a month ago), I still haven't received a response. Their website advertises "first-class service," but paying customers are left waiting for hours, and customer inquiries aren't even answered. The one star is for the crew, who provided excellent service that day. The concept is great, but the execution is poor. I'll be flying business class with a conventional airline again.

Our flight was canceled twice, one day before departure. After several inquiries, the money was finally refunded weeks later. The second time, since July, we haven't received a refund at all, and still haven't! It's questionable whether this airline is even solvent or still exists. In any case, a huge disappointment and not recommended. It's a shame, the idea was good, but the execution is very questionable. Best to steer clear. A few weeks later: We were offered a free flight to Mallorca as compensation for the inconvenience, but unfortunately, no one has responded, even after two inquiries. It seems the free flight offer has been forgotten, or perhaps the airline no longer exists? It's a pity; it would have been a nice gesture. But this has definitely put us off flying with Travelcoup. This is not what luxury and comfort service should be!
