I had the opportunity to plan many great projects for Iromet AG. The company is exceptionally well-organized and highly competent. Working with them is always pleasant and efficient. Definitely a great choice!
The collaboration with the Iromet team is excellent. They always work on an equal footing, are competent, punctual, and very personable. I'm delighted with the results. I would be happy to work with them again anytime. I highly recommend the company.
Iromet AG replaced our balcony railings in Horw. We are extremely happy with the result. The employees were very friendly, worked quickly, and were very precise. We also greatly appreciated their attention to cleanliness and orderliness (to prevent rust stains). Based on our experience, we highly recommend Iromet.
We had several glass balustrades and stairwell railings custom-made for our beautiful house. The consultation and support from this company was truly excellent. All the work was carried out to our complete satisfaction. Thank you so much, we can wholeheartedly recommend IroMet!
Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience. The railing was picked up from the warehouse. The employees didn't know where it was and searched for it for at least 30 minutes. When it was finally found, I had to help the employee first free the metal railing (from a different order) that was lying on top of it. No thank you, nothing. The order was for a custom-made railing for a gallery staircase. 500 Swiss francs were paid for the planning/measurement. Firstly, the railing is crooked (the corners aren't welded at a 90-degree angle), and secondly, it's too short everywhere, leaving a visible gap. For a custom-made railing in this price range (2400 CHF), it's simply a disaster. My complaint via email has gone unanswered. No one is responding.
I had a glass balustrade installed on my terrace eight years ago. Now it has white spots, and it needs to be replaced because rain is apparently penetrating it, which I wasn't previously informed about.
