We were very excited about that area. the road there is spectacular. lots of parking spaces. you can go sledding for free and you have the option to go up with the sledding and ski lift (for a fee). it seems to me an ideal place for families with children. close to Zurich. they also have a restaurant. I recommend!!
The slopes and the views are good, and everything is relatively close by, but waiting times on both the T-bar and the magic carpet are too long, e.g. with the sledge it's much faster to just walk up the hill than wait for the carpet. So basically the place is over capacity and needs more/better lifts, but short term the utilization could also be improved by taking better care of the approach path -- e.g. the T-bar frequently runs empty because one has to walk a few steps uphill to get into the starting position, which small children don't always manage in time. Just piling some snow there to make it flat would likely improve utilization.
Perfect place for kids and beginners. You don't need to pay a lift to go for a bunny slope which makes it easier to return without planning. It is normally full of people so, being able to walk up the small hill with the kids and use the skies or sledge is nice. If you are in for better slopes you can buy the pass and the resort have also nice tracks. Totally recommended for chill family snow day
The closest ski resort suitable for families near Zurich. It is directly reachable by cars. The view on the top of the T-bar on the right is gorgeous. The left blue slope is easier and the right one is harder but both are good for beginners
Nice for learning but weekends are absolutely packed here.
Just awesome place! Many different lanes for any type of skiers😊 and a lot of animation for the kids. Went during covid so restaurants were closed. But they had tables outside👍 …
