I would like to express my deep disappointment with Helsana's customer service. My request was repeatedly handled incorrectly over an extended period, despite my numerous phone inquiries. Each time, I was told the necessary documents hadn't arrived, only to later discover they were indeed in the system. Promises of written confirmation were not honored. Furthermore, I believe I was treated rudely by one of your employees on the phone. Only Ms. Okle at the Altdorf branch was able to resolve the issue quickly and competently. I am extremely grateful to her for her professional and effective assistance. Without her, my issue would likely have remained unresolved indefinitely. Helsana urgently needs to improve its internal processes and employee training so that customers don't have to repeatedly experience the same problem. Ms. Okle is a shining example of excellent service and deserves recognition. She is friendly, courteous, and reliable. The five stars are solely for Ms. Okle; otherwise, I would have given just one, which is the minimum rating required.
