Disrespectful and completely lacking in understanding. We simply wanted to adjust our mother's insurance coverage. The behavior of the responsible insurance agent was utterly disgraceful. A prime example of how not to do things, from start to finish, in any sales training. 1) Doesn't listen to the customer. 2) Contacts at an inopportune time after a death. 3) Insists on a customer visit. 4) Is imprecise in written communication. 5) Contradicts the customer and is unfriendly. This is a guaranteed way to lose customers.
