It was 31.12.2025. The last day of the first quarter of 21th century. I passed from this station with train and we just stopped and by. We were heading to Zurich city. I am learning German yet. And I learned some words basic. For instance, “alt” is meaning “old” and “dorf” is meaning”village “ finally we just could say this place was named as “ the old village “ . I didnt search about city’s history yet but i could say probably this city could be little bit older than others. Anyway I hope to everyone visit and enjoy in this city one day. I would like to visit again and I wish to climb those mountains :)

Beautiful train station with fantastic views
Very panoramic.
A new train station is all well and good. But the accessibility is a joke: ramps far too steep for wheelchair users; no elevator; not a single pedestrian crossing near the station. And this is in 2022.
A bit too much concrete for my taste, but a very sophisticated station for transit.
