Number one fraudulent real estate company. If you are a foreigner, your deposit amount will be cheated by them. They try to steal your whole deposit money giving bad reasons. Dont prefer this property by any chance. We three of them stayed in their apartments and didnt get back our deposit money. We had to take legal action and file case against them. We faced lots of challenges and spend money to get our deposit money back but finally we got only 50% of our amount. Hence dont prefer this property, they are number one cheating company.
