I'm currently studying for a Diploma in Financial Planning (NDS) HF (Higher Education Diploma in Financial Planning). I was able to attend the Negotiation and Conflict Management module for three days. Andreas Ulrich was my instructor during these three days. I will be able to apply what I learned very effectively both in my personal and business life. During the module, it helped me to "read" individual clients better and also to develop a greater level of understanding for them. The course days were exciting, varied, and subject-related. I felt very comfortable throughout the entire three module days, and Andreas Ulrich was a very competent and, above all, motivated instructor. I would attend a module with Andreas Ulrich again and can only recommend it to everyone.
