From the initial contact and consultation to the final implementation, I received excellent support. My wishes were fully addressed and solutions were found. Top-notch! The 5 stars are well-deserved!
On January 3, 2024, I placed an inquiry by phone for an extension to a new garden shed. The price would be approximately CHF 10,000 to 15,000. I immediately sent the photos etc. by email. A week later, I asked by phone how things were going and when I would receive a quote or when someone would be able to come on site. Another week, I sent an email to ask what the status was. Today, February 1, 2024, I still have no answer. If the order is too small or the company doesn't have time, you can tell the customer over the phone. I don't think a company like that is credible, and if the quote doesn't work out, what will the construction be like or if there are any complaints? Unfortunately, that's not satisfactory for me. I'm wondering where all the 5 stars come from. A month wasted. Certainly never with this company.

We had a beautiful patio cover built by Swisscarport and are absolutely thrilled with the outstanding work they did! Although Swisscarport is a two-hour drive from where we live, we chose them for the following reasons: - Great and informative website with beautiful pictures (see also Instagram) - Easy and quick online calculator for a preliminary quote - Excellent value for money - Straightforward communication (all our questions were always answered and solutions were offered) Very good support with the building permit application (preparation of precise plans) The patio cover is not only visually appealing but was also built with the utmost precision and quality. Necessary adjustments on-site, which would seem almost impossible to the customer, are, in our experience, no problem for the well-equipped installation team! We would especially like to commend the staff: extremely competent, reliable, and always friendly. The collaboration was pleasant and straightforward from start to finish. Thank you so much for the great result – we highly recommend this company!
