I'm resubmitting my post because the Site Manager, Albano Petito, asked my director to remove it because it wasn't giving him good publicity. Dear A Petito, here we are in Switzerland, you can't buy people off, like in other countries... Your incompetence and interference make me doubt the work you do at SFA. I repeat, I bought a pump with your references, you delivered me another one... with a photo and the original order to prove it. Despite this, you refuse to take it back and refund me. The kit you offered me to 'rectify your error' doesn't work either, just in case... Oh yes, I forgot, you don't know the product you're selling... Notice to all: if you want to buy a pump from SFA, do not seek advice from this gentleman, who, ironically, is the manager!!!!
Very bad experience with the after-sales service; they were unprofessional because they have a monopoly. You can only hope you don't break down. Avoid them if you can!
