The food truck at Signature Bikes was absolutely fantastic. The meatballs were truly delicious, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. Friendly service, quick preparation, and honest, good food. It would be nice if they also served mac 'n' cheese instead of fries or mashed potatoes. I'm already looking forward to the truck coming back! 😁 …
