Highly recommended Toyota service. I noticed a strange noise of our Toyota Corolla Hybrid and called for a service appointment. Our car was checked on the next day morning. Mr. Herren was very helpful during our visit and what is even more important that the root cause of the problem was found and explained to us in a very professional manner.
Excellent, fast, fair, and expert service. Clear explanation regarding the trade-in of my small car. Installing a tow hitch on my used van wasn't worthwhile for me. This helped me decide against buying the vehicle. Professional advice, not the wishy-washy approach of some dealers. Flüchtiger AG is therefore highly recommended.
I visited the Flückiger car dealership yesterday and I'm thrilled. All the employees are highly competent and very friendly. You can feel the passion they put into their work. I'd especially like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Graf. He took a lot of time for me and gave me excellent advice. Even though I don't know much about cars, he never treated me condescendingly. He always knew exactly what I wanted and never tried to sell me anything I didn't want. I've had very different experiences with other car dealers. Keep up the good work and thank you!

We bought our new car there and traded in the old one. Everything went perfectly! Nick and Hannes were very friendly and accommodating. They took a lot of time with us during the consultation and the handover, and they addressed our concerns! I highly recommend them!
I can't say anything bad about the garage here. Mr. S. Flückiger was very nice during the handover, but a few things went wrong, which is the fault of the car salesman. In any case, I will never have a service done there and will definitely never buy a vehicle there again.
