For now: I am not a contractual partner, but a co-tenant, and therefore cannot be found as a customer with you. In autumn 2021, I made a payment for the rental property, which was then taken over by another person. This person took over and paid for the month we had paid, so we still owe our payment – but to this day, we have not received a refund. Communication with the two gentlemen is very poor; either the other person is responsible, or we hear nothing at all. General communication on other matters has also been consistently poor (always with the same person).
