Got my account suspended twice because Speed-Net failed to send out emails. Never received any invoice, nor any notice that my account got suspended (yes, I checked spam). When asking, they claim they sent out emails (most likely with a broken setup). Unprofessional.

I have a Vserver Plus with Speed-Net. It runs absolutely stable and the performance is consistently adequate. Support has been prompt so far – no complaints. 4 stars for one reason only: I wanted to pay via PayPal from abroad (Germany). On two separate occasions, it was blocked as a "fraud attempt." However, a friendly email to support resolved the issue within minutes each time.

I've been a loyal Speed-Net customer for many years. Today I had a small problem and sent an email. Within 15 minutes, I received a response and a solution. In my opinion, they're simply fantastic. Affordable products that work perfectly.

I'm thrilled. I really like the price-performance ratio and the support so far. I'm currently testing a top-equipped server for under 5 francs. I hope it stays this way for a long time, because VPSs are generally quite expensive in Switzerland.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. All VPS servers go down for several hours every Monday because the hard drives fill up during backups. Nobody seems to care – it's been the same for months – zero support – it's unacceptable. You're better off going somewhere else if you don't want the hassle.
