I came into the branch for a (greatly discounted 👌) laptop that was listed as available online but sold out in between (Black Friday craziness 🙈). Mr. Di Meo was very nice and called around to other branches to get me a transfer, so I wouldn’t have to drive all around Zürich testing my luck (if I would order it online, I would have to wait 2 months to get it). So grateful! Other stuff was very nice too, asking me if I needed help when I was waiting. I spent some time there and saw how supportive and quick they were with their help - and you have to know there were a lot of customers because of Black Friday. And never the least, I love Interdiscount offers and the variety of choices in general.

I returned a product A product I bought was defective, I gave it for repair, under warranty. it has been 2 months. No update, no information from Interdiscount. When called, they reply, it will be finished when it is finished. No status update. Other companies provide much better after sales service. ....... Update - update and product received. I understand it could take time depending on workload etc, but a simple sms / e mail informing the status would be appreciated in future.

Wanted to buy a glass protection for the screen of my phone. I got a plastic foil instead… (miscommunication issue I guess…). I also bought a lens protector for the cameras of my phone and the product was defective (more specifically it fogs up when installed). Tried numerous times to solve this by reinstalling, but no solution. I asked the employee what we are going to do with this defective product and the employee replied “What am I going to do with this product? You will have to buy it no that it is opened”… Rude customer service, poor product installation (screen protector has dust underneath).

This is a store where you're really not treated kindly. When you walk in and say hello, you're completely ignored. That's one thing. And every time I've seen something online, it's not available in the store. You always have to order it. Honestly, I might as well just order it online and get it delivered. I saw a vacuum cleaner there that was very cheap, of course, it wasn't in stock. You had to order it. Okay, not a big deal. I ordered it on Thursday, and it was supposed to arrive the next day, Friday. I went on Saturday, and it wasn't there. Then they said Monday or Tuesday. If I had known that, I could have ordered it online somewhere else and probably would have received it two days later. There are only four employees in the store; I wonder what they do if they never have anything in stock. I'll never go there again.

Disappointing customer service at Interdiscount. Just a week ago, I bought a wet/dry vacuum cleaner that hasn't worked properly from the start – no water comes out. When I returned it, I was told that neither an exchange nor a refund was possible and that the device would have to be sent in for repair. I find it extremely rude to treat customers this way. If a device is already defective after a week, one should be able to expect an immediate solution and not be left without a device for weeks. To me, this is not customer-friendly service. A very bad experience – this is how you lose customers!!
