I picked up my Salvia Apiana today – and I'm absolutely thrilled! Even the initial email contact was fantastic: quick, straightforward, and very friendly. I received a warm welcome and excellent advice right away. The friendly gentleman took the time to explain everything I needed to know about caring for the plant – with a wealth of expertise and just as much genuine care. I immediately felt comfortable and well taken care of. The plant is beautiful, and the price is more than fair. I especially appreciated being told I could contact them anytime if I had any questions at home – such customer service is truly exceptional. A wonderful experience from start to finish. I was completely dissatisfied with the email communication regarding figs. My information/inquiry wasn't read in its entirety and then something was read into it. He doesn't seem very understanding. Perhaps dyslexia is an issue. I asked him about the variety – Montana Nera. Because he offers 'mountain fig,' I wondered if it was also a synonym, which is rare for figs. Peter Müller then chimed in a few minutes later with "Ficus montana is a tropical fig... with a Wikipedia reference." Not a source for me. I'll order from a German seller. Sorry, not sorry.
