Great shop indeed, very competent personnel and what a selection... You have from deco over toys to costumes and accessories.... Sure some items are (for me) a bit overpriced, but hey, if you look for something eclectic, you will find it here... I would like to point out the great service I got everytime I went there and I didn't experience the owner as pushing stuff on me like other people say... Au contraire...
The store boasts a wide selection. During my visit, there were a lot of staff present, which made the atmosphere feel a bit unusual. The service was very attentive and thorough. At times, I got the impression that internal communication within the team could be improved.
I was at the carnival shop with my friends today. We liked the shop itself – the selection was large, the assortment diverse, and the atmosphere generally pleasant. However, a situation arose that I found very unprofessional. I remarked, in a neutral tone, that there were quite a few staff members in the shop. A male employee reacted very irritably and inappropriately pointed out that there was a reason for this. In my opinion, his reaction was completely disproportionate, as my remark was in no way meant to be derogatory or insulting. I find it regrettable when customers are addressed in this way because of a harmless comment. Respectful treatment should be a given. Apart from this incident, however, the shop was well-organized and the selection was impressive.
