Stay away!!! The gentleman in question was with us last fall and left behind the biggest mess imaginable. If he'd at least had the decency to clean it up, I might consider giving him a star (but he doesn't deserve one). But since he's been unavailable to us since the end of last year, we simply feel completely ripped off. Now we've had to deal with readmissions and cancellations ourselves for months, thank you very much.
Mr. Rothacher's advice may not be bad in terms of content. However, pay attention to the policy term, which is usually several years. We took out a policy for myself and my son. After his birth, we had to follow up several times over several weeks before finally receiving the promised "diaper voucher" worth around CHF 200. The same thing happened after my own policy started. I still haven't received the voucher.
A total scam and only causes chaos. Haven't received any money in 3 years. He doesn't even answer the phone anymore. You always meet twice.
Hands off, a lot of bla bla bla until you sell something and then you have a lot of problems and Mr. Rothacher just goes away....
