Their installed automatic door crashed on our car, they did not care about the damage and on top of that insist that the door works flawlessly. As I was driving under the door, the door started going down, crashed on the top of my windshield and then continued to scratch the ceiling of my car. We let the company know and their reply was that we should have stopped driving the moment we heard the crash, and because we drove forward the scratches are larger. This is wrong on so many levels that I can't event start counting. First of all, when you hear a crash it takes some time to figure out what happens, not sure how can you assume that the driver would make a certain decision fast. Second of all, when one sensor malfunctioned how can I be sure another one won't and the door would continue to crash the car and the passengers? I can't emphasise how much I wouldn't recommend the company.
