A top-notch company with friendly employees who do a great job, and at a very reasonable price. We had the seriously dated, completely uninsulated upper floor of our house, including the roof, completely renovated, and the entire house, including the basement ceiling, insulated or supplemented with existing insulation. Inside, the flooring (strip flooring) was sanded and/or replaced, and the room layout was redesigned using drywall (gypsum fiberboard). The 80-year-old posts, purlins, and rafters of the roof structure were restored to their former glory using dry ice blasting, and the insulation was applied with wood fiber insulation in an over-rafter construction on white-painted wainscoting. Velux roof windows were also installed. Outside, the old Eternit shingles (containing asbestos) were removed from the entire house, insulated to modern standards, and a ventilated wood facade was installed. Vincent Jenni also did an excellent job coordinating with other tradespeople. We are very satisfied with the results and the collaboration and can recommend the company without reservation.
