Very nice...;)
Excellent
I left my wallet on the Europa-Park bus and was told it should be turned in at the Eurobus depot in Bassersdorf. The first time I went, it was closed. On my second attempt β June 4th β I was told that lost and found items are disposed of after only four weeks. Disposed of! And the worst part? The woman couldn't tell me if it was still there, if it had been turned over to the police, or ended up somewhere else entirely. She had absolutely no clue. She simply knew nothing β neither where, nor when, nor how. And this despite the fact that my ID was in it. That's not just a lost piece of paper β it's an official document! How can you possibly "throw away" something with personal data after such a short time? That's not only irresponsible, but potentially even illegal. I'm honestly disappointed with how these things are handled.
The situation with the school bus service is absolutely appalling! The drivers don't speak German and are incapable of following instructions. They sugarcoat everything on the phone, emails are NEVER answered, and mistakes are always blamed on someone else. This company has been operating in the city of Winterthur for three years and still can't manage a week without making a mistake! And I'm not talking about two-minute delays due to traffic. I'm talking about serious safety deficiencies! Laws are simply ignored, and children are either not secured or not properly restrained. And to top it all off, the city tolerates everything, essentially ripping off taxpayers who are paying for a service that isn't being provided! Thanks for the cronyism and shady dealings of a Third World country!
School bus drivers wearing FFP masks? Seriously? I'm worried about my children who have to ride with your drivers! Besides, shouldn't children be able to see facial expressions and such? Can't you find decent drivers, at least for the children?
I took five lessons of the CZV course with Martin. It went really well and was very informative. Martin combines theory with practice very well. Thank you, I learned a lot.
