We came across this company through a former Thai embassy employee. The employees are former Thai consulate employees in Zurich. We therefore sent them a simple document to be translated. These employees misplaced the document, causing me to miss all my deadlines in Thailand. When I complained, they acted offended and subsequently refused to translate the document. These people forgot that we were in Switzerland, not Thailand, and that they no longer worked at the consulate; there they could continue to indulge their arrogance. Absolutely not recommended.
