Quality service, done fast and good pricing. Their management team is open to negotiation not just in pricing, but also in number of people and trucks used. We had a team of three people (Alex, Seidi and Lucas) helping us with the move and they did a great job protecting the furniture with blankets and wrapping foil. Another big benefit for us was that we got to travel with them in the trucks which saved us a lot of time. One thing to be aware of is that their offers exclude tax. It leaves a bad taste if you miss it, but in the end it's a very little amount more.

Excellent service. We had a meeting a couple of weeks before the move so as to have an estimate of number of boxes that we would need, number of hours for the whole move and price. The estimation was very accurate and the price fair (not the cheapest offer we had, but the most reliable in terms of number of movers and their experience). We were really satisfied. And we have recommended this company to some acquaintances that have recently moved too and they were very happy too. We also requested the final cleaning of the old apartment and it went very well too.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. From the packaging of the furniture and paintings, to the moving of all the furniture. They damaged the ceiling in one of our rooms and did not even tell us! We had to tell them because they were running away. Not to mention that to fix this issue they sent a painter, which never arrived. I had to book 3 appointments to have the ceiling repainted, and obviously it is not at all as it was before the move. On top of that, their customer service is terrible. They do not care about the client, all they want is the money. They constantly only wanted to be paid and in a short time frame or they will bill you extra costs. In one word: AVOID
