A Loomis vehicle with license plate ZH874 628 has been blocking the vacuum cleaner station at the gas station for 20 minutes with its engine running!!! When asked, the driver simply replied: "I'm on the phone." Absolutely outrageous!!
Today in front of the Migros Bank in Thalwil, a guy was sitting in his car in the bank parking lot texting, the engine running and running. He asked him to please turn off the engine, but he got a thumbs up and no response! Loomis, NO THANKS!
Cash delivery stopped without reason, my money not paid out for three months, 10-day response time to a major complaint, emails unanswered for weeks, sales representative promised a refund but didn't deliver. A disaster for a company that accepts customer payments.
Horrible administration. Endlessly long response times to incorrect invoices. But reminders are sent quickly. Very questionable administration for a cash transport company.
