An absolute disaster! I wanted to pay the invoice, but the employee couldn't accept the payment because it only accepts card payments... The Coop should concentrate on its core business and not also act as a postal service!
Parcel sent, 102 cm long, 29.-!!! Up to 100 cm, 7.-, still not delivered after 5 days. The post office has become a mess. And the bosses go partying in Vietnam for 200,000.-. In the future, we'll work with UPS or DHL.
It's great that this post office still exists. Thanks for the service. Note from May 30, 2019: I just read that this post office is also closing. This is another major "dud" for the post office and a "zero-star" rating for the postal management!! Even if the post office is now operating in the Coop supermarket: Sorry: The service is limited, and I do NOT want to conduct my postal business while Mrs. Müller is in the back buying skim milk and Mrs. Müller is exchanging the latest village gossip with Mrs. Meier.
