Update: After the owner - Mathias Kunz responded to my review we've communicated via email. I have explained all of the issues with the vehicle: - Visible exterior physical damage on the car body - Rear left door central locking system not functioning - Trunk compartment under the spare tire cover was heavily soiled, indicating a prior spill that had not been properly cleaned - Service book records show improper servicing intervals: the vehicle was purchased in 2019, first serviced in 2021, then again in 2024, indicating a three-year gap despite active use - The infotainment system was not factory reset and still contained personal data from the previous owner, including saved addresses and Bluetooth device names - Multiple interior plastic covers are missing or broken Which were NOT reported in the advertisement nor in the email communication prior to purchase. His response was: "It must be taken into account that the vehicle is 7 years old and has already covered 156,000 kilometers. Please note that this car was sold as is." So even the owner is ok with misrepresenting the state of used cars and deliberately not reporting the issues that the car has. Can I give negative stars? I'm pretty sure this is illegal. Old review: I thought this was a good place to buy a used car. Unfortunately I was wrong. They didn't check the car properly for issues, they didn't factory reset the multimedia so I was left with personal info of the previous owner - which should be considered a security issue, and they didn't clean properly the trunk of the car, under the spare tire cover - it was extremely dirty and sticky. They also failed to report very visible scratches on the vehicle, and broken plastic covers within the vehicle - which I'm OK with as this is a used vehicle, but potential buyers should be informed about any damage to the vehicle.
All round 5 star service. Small "extras" like a thank-you card and name of the mechanic that worked on my car was left on the seat (loved it!) From initial booking to after service departure... 10/10
