The Stewi Telescopic Prestige 80cm aluminum clothes dryer is of poor quality. The front aluminum hanging rod broke after less than two years. Although it was under warranty, the manufacturer has not provided a replacement.
The frame of our STEWI Libelle XL broke within the 5-year warranty period. We reported this immediately in writing and provided photos of the breakage upon request. STEWI offered no assistance, but instead made completely irrational and false assumptions and blamed us. We will definitely not be purchasing any products from them in the future.
