Ordered a Cassina LC4 lounger on November 13, 2021. Delivery promised for mid-February 2022 (3 months?, OK, I can accept it, unfortunately we have the coronavirus). On March 6, 2022, I asked about the delivery situation. Answer: The delivery is in the warehouse in Belp (Bravo, when will I be informed if I don't ask myself?) Appointment made for next weekend so we can compare the hide with the display model. Visit was absolutely disappointing. Unfortunately, the seller didn't inform us what was going on, and the delivered item was simply thrown carelessly on the floor. Afterwards, we were promised that we would be contacted regarding delivery. I had to ask again almost a week later if we could schedule a delivery date (whenever that might be). Unprofessional and exchanging.

I've been disappointed several times, especially with the service. I only received a response after repeated inquiries. The product is no longer available. Alternatives are neither sought nor discussed, and the product is criticized. I won't consider this store for future purchases.
