I contacted you by email on February 8th to request information about legal arrangements and a cohabitation agreement. As of today, February 24th, I have received no response whatsoever. Given the importance and sensitivity of this matter, I expect a timely reply. This behavior is unprofessional and very disappointing. A real shame.
