12 bottles of wine – not too expensive, but still over €400 – ordered via Vivino – DPD damaged the wine and returned it to Wyhus. For over a week, there was no information or reshipment from Wyhus. I called Wyhus Belp, and it was agreed to resend the wine. Another week passed: no wine, not even a shipping confirmation, and again, zero communication. Conclusion: a complete failure. My advice: buy elsewhere.
