Mr. Gözübüyük is an extremely friendly and reliable bus driver on routes 676 and 671. He drives very safely and pleasantly, is always helpful and courteous to passengers. You feel in good hands with him, and the journeys are always pleasant and punctual. A big thank you for the great service.
A disastrous and disrespectful driver in Winterthur. This driver needs to be sent on a supervised etiquette course. He's not a good advertisement for the region.
I've been riding the 676 bus route daily for five years now... I've *mostly* experienced excellent service. Pascal deserves special praise; he's also been a part of the team for a few years now. He always makes passengers feel very safe and comfortable. Plus, he's always friendly and cheerful, whether greeting or saying goodbye. ________________ Unfortunately, there are also some drivers who make you feel like you have to hold on even when you're sitting down. They frequently brake very abruptly before stops or traffic lights, even when you can see from a distance that the signal is already dark orange. They could definitely learn a thing or two from Pascal 😉 But thankfully, this only happens occasionally.
