Bungerthof is an amazing farm. They offer education, trainings, and also a grocery store with some of their products. My favorites were the jams, apple juice, teas, and wine. Disaster. Ordered a goose online, received confirmation via email. Drove there in person to pick up the ordered goose as instructed in the email, but on the scheduled pickup date, the goose was nowhere to be found. An hour and a half of driving for nothing. Called the owners, who seem completely overwhelmed.
It's a shame there are no negative stars to give. The Christmas goose was a disaster. Even the skin wouldn't come off after six hours. The goose was just sinews. And by the way: This wasn't the first goose I've cooked. Any goose from a discount store is better! Our Christmas was ruined. The goose ended up in the trash.
A wonderful little shop with very high-quality products. Many of the items are made in-house (tea blends, pestos, preserves) and have a wonderful aroma. The opening hours (Monday to Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.) and the option to pay by card or Twint offer great flexibility when shopping.
