This Store has very competent Employees. If you have Problems with your Apple Devices, then go to them. I had a customer experience, which Reserve all five Stars of the Google Review Ranking.
To everyone that cares about customer service and respectful behaviour: I had the worst service in my life today. The store manager was bullying his colleagues when they dared to ask him a question and second of all the store manager was extremely impolite and disrespectful to us when we wanted to exchange a cable asking us ironically why we bought it in the first place. Unacceptable customer behaviour. It’s just sad and disappointing that such people exist in such positions even though they do not know the fundamentals of customer service . Simply do not go there and visit instead Digitec, Swisscom or Sunrise. I unfortunately do not remember his name but it was the store manager, a bold guy with glasses, working on the 6th of December 2025 there.
Been there 3 times in 2 weeks because Apple pointed me there for support with my new MacBook Air - issue with the keyboard. First time they offered to only take the device in for check and repairs - proposing an extra charge „if I want to have it back fast“. I came back another day on a Friday, technician at the service desk said he was busy and could not take a look, but to „come back another weekday, we‘re here till 7pm“. Went back a 3rd time today, waited, 2 employees at the service desk said the technician is busy and will be „be here in a couple of minutes“. 15‘ later Ajenth comes out to notify me the technician won’t be seeing the laptop today cause he’s busy. I asked to have in writing that I came 3 times and was offered zero support, he said some bullshit about getting me the store manager. The store manager never showed up, total waiting time only today, 35‘, for nothing. Ridiculous store, all they know is to retail you brand new devices.
Scam! Bought a new pair of AirPods asking for the “best version”. I foolishly relied on the advice of their experts and was sold Gen 4 when Gen 2 Pro Max is the best. I questioned why the best were not the most expensive (as one might usually imagine) but was given assurances at the time. I returned to the store to fix the issue but they blamed a language barrier, refused to exchange as the packaging was removed (unlike Apple’s own policy) so I had to buy a second pair. Seems they are set up to scam people based on my experience and other reviews.
